bea7349211 Use AX_WITH_CURSES for curses library discovery 
Properly discovers libtinfow for customized systems (e.g., Gentoo) while
offloading search handling to autoconf builtins.

Additionally adds autoconf-archive as a buildtime dependency.

Fixes #250.
